It should be kept closed in its original packaging, in a dry place and on a pallet.
Advantages
The grain structure is fine. Therefore, it creates a smooth surface in casting. The setting time allows for comfortable and wastage-free application.
Application Surface Features
Before assembly, plasterboard molds must be completely dried. Application ambient temperature should be minimum + 5 ºC.
Preparation of Mortar
Water appropriate to the amount of mortar is poured into a clean container (water / plaster ratio: 10 kg ALL Plaster Plaster is added to 7 liters of water). ALL Building Plaster for Fiber Reinforced Plaster Elements is sprinkled on water. The mortar is waited for 2 minutes for the plaster and water to come into full contact and sink. To obtain a homogeneous mixture should use a mechanical mixer. After mixing, the plasterboard mortar is ready for casting. The mortar hardens in approximately 25 minutes.
APPLICATION
The mortar is poured into molds and left to dry. Technical specifications may vary depending on site conditions and ground characteristics.
