Scope of application
All primer is used for interior walls and ceilings before plastering and to increase the adhesion of gypsum-lime mortars and cement-based plasters on exposed concrete.
Packaging
Airtight, Polyethylene, 12 lt. ± %2 bucket with lid
Storage conditions
It should be kept closed in its original packaging, in a cool and dry environment at a temperature of at least + 5 º C. If the opened bucket wants to be used again later, its lid should be closed tightly and its contact with air should be cut off. It is recommended to consume within 6 months from the production date under appropriate storage conditions.
Advantages
It creates a good basis for the material to be applied. Since it is water-based, it does not harm the environment. It ensures that the plaster adheres to the surface easily. It prevents rapid water loss on the application surface of the plaster and prevents cracks that may occur on the surface.
Application Surface Features
The surface to be applied should be free of paint, dirt, dust, etc. must be cleared of foreign matter. It must be completely cleaned of residues that prevent adhesion on the surface. The high viscosity ALL primer mixture should be diluted with water before application. Before application, 2-4 lt. It should be mixed with clean water until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. If a more dense and rough surface is desired, the all-primer mixture is prepared by reducing the amount of water and applied to the prepared surface with the help of a textured roller. No material other than water should be added. Before and after application, the application surface and ambient temperature should not be below +5ºC.
Preparation of Mortar
Exposed concrete primer all primer adheres very well to the surface. It increases adherence with its special additive formula. It prevents rapid water loss on the application surface of the plaster and prevents the formation of cracks on the surface. It creates a good basis for the material to be applied. Since it is water-based, it does not harm humans and the environment.
APPLICATION
It should be kept out of reach of children. Keep in a tightly closed container. Avoid contact with eyes, get medical help when necessary.
