TS EN 14496 Gypsum-based adhesives - For composite boards and gypsum boards for thermal/sound insulation - Recipes, requirements and test methods CE Declaration
Scope of application
It is used for bonding to plasterboard, expanded polystyrene, insulated composite panels, mineral wool, concrete and brick surfaces.
Packaging
Polypropylene laminated bag, 30 kg ± %2
Storage conditions
It should be kept closed in its original packaging, in a dry place and on a pallet.
Advantages
Adhesion strength is increased with special additives. Its strength increases rapidly after freezing. It is a bonding application that minimizes volume loss in interior spaces.
Application Surface Features
Application ambient temperature should be minimum + 5 ºC. Substances that prevent adhesion (dust, oil, etc.) on the application surface must be cleaned. Dry and hot surfaces should be wetted before application. The bonded application surfaces should not be exposed to water, moisture and air currents. Materials that will form a film layer should not be applied to the application surface.
Preparation of Mortar
Pour water appropriate to the amount of mortar into a clean container. ALL Adhesive Plaster is sprinkled on water (water / plaster ratio: 10 kg ALL Adhesive Plaster is added to 5 liters of water). The mortar is waited for 2 minutes for the plaster and water to come into full contact and sink. It must be mixed with a mechanical mixer to obtain a homogeneous mixture. After mixing, the resulting mortar is ready for use. The mortar should be used within approximately 30 minutes.
APPLICATION
The pasting process should be started from the corner of the wall. The prepared plasterboard adhesive mortar is applied to the back of the plasterboard in at least 3 heaps in the width direction of the plasterboard and 30 cm apart in the length. In cases where labor is insufficient, adhesive plaster mortar can also be applied to the wall surface in order not to weigh down the plasterboard. The plaster plate is pressed against the wall with a gauge. During this process, the level of the plaster plates should be checked. Technical specifications may vary depending on site conditions and ground characteristics.
Shelf life
6 months from the date of production.
